"O My Dear Ones, you have heard, I know, with the intellect. You have heard to some degree with the feeling. But these Qualities that the Ascended Ones are sending forth into your feeling world to strengthen, encourage, and bless you - the outer does not comprehend but slightly all that this means. All these Qualities They give you, Their Substance and Energy, you cannot requalify by any discord. Therefore, as that continues to increase, naturally in your feeling world there goes out the Command for the Presence of Harmony and Perfection; then you will see in your Call how much more quickly will come this result in perhaps a few years that might have taken years by your own effort. Do you quite understand that?
Without Their Assistance your earnest, determined Call to the 'Presence' of Life might take years, owing to the accumulation there has been in the past; but with Their Substance projected into your feeling world by Their Power of the Light Rays, it is hastening your intensification and Call with a speed and power that perhaps in most instances will make it sixty times greater than your individual effort. Can you conceive of anything so great as that? Remember, sixty times your own effort by the projection of Their Qualities into your world." (pp. 211-212)
