"Now why do you suppose the Great Cosmic Law has guarded those Activities in the Mountain Ranges with such great care that mankind has never been able to penetrate them? Because the Forces that are sealed within the Mountain Ranges of the world are of such high potential, such Mighty Cosmic Power, and of such wonderful Victorious Action of the Sacred Fire, that mankind cannot be entrusted with their greater use until such time as the cleansing of the world takes place and those who are here turn only to the Light and serve only the Great Divine Plan of Life. But until then, as you enter into the recognition of the Powers held within the Mountain Ranges of the world, you may have Their Blessing. You may have in concentrated action many of the Streams of Energy and some of the Substance that We are pouring forth all the time in Cosmic Action and which, individually, We can direct into your use."
