Returns
To return a defective or incorrect item:
- Please contact the Saint Germain Press within 30 days of your receipt of the shipment and request a Return Authorization Number.
- Please repackage items carefully. Any items returned for credit must be received in a condition for resale.
- Please include the Saint Germain Press packing slip with the return.
- Please write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the packing slip and on the outside of the package.
